About Social Ties & Butterflies

We are a Community Interest Company dedicated to improving the lives of Unpaid Carers and the people they care for.

It is a basic human need to be able to interact with the outside environment and the people within it. All too often though, this basic need is hindered or taken away all together through no fault of the person. Social isolation can play a big part on your mental and physical health.

That’s where we come in! Here at Social Ties & Butterflies CIC we have put together a range of trips and excursions that are tailored to the needs of people needing extra support. From long days out to short trips designed to get you active; we have it all.

When you book with us you can guarantee the following:

• Each venue is tested for accessibility

• A first aider on every trip

• Assistance on and off the coach if needed

• All staff will have undergone an enhanced DBS check

• All staff will have knowledge of Social Care

• We can help you get support to access our events
